Welcome to Easy Pet Nutrition ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website.

Easy Pet Nutrition is a New Zealand owned business supplying whole, natural pet food products and pet treats.

3. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, ingredient information and product images.

As our products are natural, slight variations in colour, size, weight and appearance may occur.

Images are provided for illustration purposes only.

4. Pet Health Disclaimer

Our products are intended as nutritional pet food products.

Information provided on our website is general in nature and is not intended to replace veterinary advice.

If your pet has allergies, medical conditions or dietary requirements, we recommend consulting your veterinarian before changing their diet.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Prices include GST where applicable unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders

  • Refuse service

  • Limit quantities

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel fraudulent or suspicious transactions

If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued if we are unable to fulfil your order.

7. Payment

We accept payment methods offered through our Shopify checkout.

Payment must be received before goods are dispatched.

8. Product Availability

While we endeavour to keep inventory current, products may occasionally become unavailable.

If this occurs we may:

  • Contact you regarding an alternative product;

  • Delay shipment until stock becomes available; or

  • Issue a full refund.

9. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Unexpected courier delays, weather events or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the nominated address.

10. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of many pet food products, returns are generally not accepted unless:

  • the product is damaged;

  • the incorrect product was supplied;

  • the product is faulty; or

  • required under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Photographic evidence may be required.

11. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing within these Terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Where applicable, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information.

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive perishable deliveries where required.

  • Correctly storing products after delivery.

We are not responsible for spoilage due to incorrect storage after delivery.

13. Intellectual Property

All content including:

  • logos

  • branding

  • product descriptions

  • graphics

  • photographs

  • website content

remains the property of Easy Pet Nutrition and may not be copied without written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Easy Pet Nutrition will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product where permitted by law.

15. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts.
